coincidence or fate

Is it just a coincidence or fate?

It's weird, or rather, funny, I would think.

His initial plan is to come over and visit me but in the end cancel the plan. However, because of a sudden unexpected call of an unrelated matter, I get to go over and visit him instead.

His initial plan is to come and pick me up at point A and at the same time trying to learn up the route, yet decided against it, and plan to pick me up at point B as it'll be nearer. But somehow, I am let with no choice but to stop at point A and he had to come over to point A instead.

Is it just a coincidence that the latest plan can't work out and need to fall back on initial plan? Or is it fate that wants us to proceed with our initial plan?

They said, if you feel that things kept repeating themselves, then it must be that you have been making the same decision over and over again.
So, what to do?
You've got to change your mindset.
Then only the decision will be a different one.
