Here I am again, after procrastinating for so long to continue my post.
Well, kind of hesitating on what to write, as the mind and heart is still unclear on the steps to take, even though milestones have been set.
Anyway, what prompt me to continue today is the rain.
It has been so long, since I last run (or rather, walk) in the rain. And it actually felt real good, despite the heavy droplets that hit the face, or the cold wind that blew across the skin.
How often do you get caught in rain nowadays?
Most of the time, either you are stuck in building or sheltered in car. Else, protected by the amazing invention: umbrella!
Of course, most people would rather stay away from rain, as who would like to get drenched and fall sick.
But I guess, once a while, being under the rain is actually quite nice. It kinda helps to wash away some negativity in your thoughts. Talk about mother nature healing method.
We are all caught in a rat race, that sometimes we tend to forget that we need to take ourselves aside, out from it, to heal and recuperate. I doubt we can actually get out from the race.If we can, we most probably will end up being a priest or priestess. So, while we know we will be stuck in the race, why not now and then remind ourselves to take a break. Best if we can define the race ourselves, as everyone should be running a different race, their own race.
So, take a break!
But make it worthwhile, though.
