I am recently trying to get info on how to manage people, how to influence and motivate them.
And this makes me realized that it is truly hard to manage people, much less bout trying to motivate them.
There are some which teaches about being attentive to work, having to make your own day, choosing the right person to work then only manage them, or having a short term realistic goal to achieve, and etc.
Reading is one thing, implementing is another. No matter how much I am able to read, it still depends on how the implementation makes thing works.
Handling people is really not an easy job. But if everyone can manage he/herself, then wouldn't it makes things easier?
