Kick start of 2016

We are now 10 days into 2016.
So, how is everyone progressing into this new year? Starting to warm up or already in high gear mode moving towards your goals?

For me, things are moving at its usual speed, not too fast, albeit a bit slow, but it is moving. Maybe age is catching up, not that into the "fast and furious" mode anymore (opps, have I ever been?).
But so far, one of the projects of the year is progressing well. The spring cleaning project which had already kick start last month, is on good track. Maybe due to good project management (LOL).

My K-drama project had officially started few days ago. Had enjoyed a good short rom-com, which just have two episodes! Amazingly good drama, short and straight to the point. You will be amazed by it - Splash splash love (or also known as splish splash love). Quote from dramabeans recap - "The king asks what’s so bad about being a little useless—a person remains a person, and there’s no need to run away because you fear the future."

Then next up-coming project might be the year long of project 365. However, I plan to have slight revision on how it should works. Still trying to figure out the framework of it. Hope it will be a successful one.

Well, that is all for now. May we all be moving on the right track, on the right direction!

happy new year... 2016

So fast it is beginning of another new year.
Most of us must had been busy celebrating end of the year and beginning to make new resolutions and new hopes for this year.

My new year eve had been kind of hurricane-like. Why? Because everything was a rush at work. Never had I been at work like this before (nor I heard of) on a new year eve, where we even need to work till midnight, until the company system shut down. But the surprising part (and also the painful part) is that not everyone on the team does the same, talking about team work. It is really an eye-opener. And at the same time, it got me into trouble, because of the need to work so late, thus breaking my very first rule of this new job - work-life balance.

On my first day of new year, heard something interesting on the radio talk - on the wishes of the year 2016. The deejay mentioned something I found quite true. She said that she had stop wishing others to keep on fighting, because there are things that are out of our control and so, it is best to do it with peace of heart. Sounds profound? Sometimes, instead of trying to control the uncontrollable, why not let it go with the flow. But, ain't the main point is to know what is controllable, and what is not.

Well, what are my new year resolutions? To go with the flow!
Details still need to think carefully.

What are yours?
